I was traveling with my 14 year old son and his friend to attend the U of M football homecoming game and to introduce his friend to a first time metropolitan area. The staff was wonderful, even finding an android charger cable when mine shorted. I was also graced by a perfect Knob Creek Manhattan after the kids went to sleep. Perfect location, excellent accommodations, fantastic staff.

The room was very spacious and clean. It was a very comfortable space. My husband and I had an easy time checking in and we had a very nice time.
I am not thrilled that you have to pay for parking as a guest of the hotel. I feel like that should be included in the price. I was a little irritated as well that overnight parking was $17, but we had to pay $22. Other than that, we were very happy.

Good service, nicely furnished king room with a great TV, a great view of downtown Minneapolis and a really comfortable bed. Breakfast with the hot offerings and was significantly understaffed, for example.

The location was great!
We didn't get the King room with sofa that we booked. They put us in a double Queen and when we called the desk they said there wasn't a King available unless we wanted to check out and wait. We checked in at 4:30 in the afternoon. They did not tell us when we checked in that they were giving us a double Queen. Extremely unhappy with the way this was done.

Had a blast with friends ! We enjoyed the outdoor firepit and the cozy café after our hikes in the nearby trails. The staff was friendly and helpful, made for a relaxing atmosphere. Just a heads up, check-in can get busy, so timing is key!
The parking was a bit annoying since it's operated by a separate company, made access kind of a hassle when we arrived back late.

Checking in and out was good. The food was good and fast as well.
It was after 1pm and the hallway that we were in was noisy. Then got woken up by a child screaming, not sure why the parents just let the child cried, no regards for others. I don't think the rooms are very well insulated. We could hear everything. Other than that it was clean and that was important due to our daughter who has allergy.

The bathroom was clean and great size. I got ready here for the morning of my wedding.
The air conditioning and heat controls were terrible. You could hear everything outside of the door.

The parking fees are absurdly high!!! Navigating the limited dining options in the area can be quite frustrating!!! Dealing with inconsistent WiFi connectivity felt very inconvenient!!!

Changed rooms after first one smelled musty.
The fact that booking dot Com has charged me for a booking error made on same day I booked this recent stay.
